Tour Highlights
Bodbe Monastery: One of Georgia’s most sacred sites. This peaceful monastery is the final resting place of St. Nino, who brought Christianity to Georgia. Take a stroll through the beautiful gardens and, if you wish, visit the holy spring known for its healing powers.
Sighnaghi – The City of Love: A charming hilltop town with Italian-style architecture and cobblestone streets. It is famous for its 18th-century defensive wall, offering breathtaking views of the Alazani Valley. You’ll hear the romantic legend of the artist Niko Pirosmani, who famously covered the town square in flowers for the woman he loved.
Khareba Wine Tunnel (Kvareli): Experience one of Georgia’s most impressive wine cellars, carved directly into the rock of the Caucasus Mountains. The natural cool temperature creates the perfect environment for aging wine. You will explore the tunnels and enjoy a professional tasting of traditional Qvevri wines.
Gremi Fortress: A majestic 16th-century royal citadel and the Church of the Archangels. Once a bustling stop on the Silk Road and the capital of the Kakheti Kingdom, it remains a powerful symbol of Georgia's medieval heritage.
